In Swapaksh, we believe that every child has the right to education. Our objective is to refine both the heart and the mind of our students to enable them to evolve as constructive and socially aware citizens. We have opened our doors to our students to give them the opportunities they deserve to take wings and soar high into the career paths of their choice. We hope to influence the entire community to envision a better future for themselves.
Ripan Pegu’s Inspiring Journey with Swapaksh
Ripan Pegu was among the first kids to register in the Swapaksh Learning Foundation’s education programme. In the beginning, Ripan played truant, but the founders saw his potential and followed up incessantly until Ripan finally settled into the routine of school life. Having been to an English medium school in his village in Assam, Ripan picked himself up and began excelling academically. His mentors and teachers encouraged him to register for the NIOS Secondary Examination. He cleared the examination in June 2023 with flying colours. He has varied interests in politics, world affairs, business, and music. Ripan is an avid rapper.
